A) I don't believe the Russians are behind it. Completely fair game.
B) I believe the Russians are behind it. Nevertheless, it is information for the voter to give it any weight the voter deems fit. The more information, the better. Completely fair game.
C) I believe the Russians are behind it. We ought not be using "fruit of the poisonous tree" in the political process, as we then become enablers to the espionage or wrongdoing, perpetrated by foreign or domestic hackers.
D) None of the above.
it is fair game. Use it because it is information that we would normally don't get.
Inside information that only those on the inside get.
One answer for the public and another answer for the insiders.

are a violation of the Fourth Amendment rights of those who had their privacy violated.
I don't think the emails should be hacked. The government should pursue those who did it. Regardless, once the information is out, people should be able to use the information in voting. (And, by the way, it is only a matter of time before this same thing happens to the Republicans. That should be interesting. It is what it is.)
I don't trust HRC/Obama when they say it is the Russians. They could be telling the truth, but they have no credibility on this issue. That's what happens to liars...even when they tell the truth, people can't trust them.
If it is the Russians, we need to protect ourselves better. For example, we could require our Secretary of State to not have a personal server, or use unprotected phones in restricted areas. Basic stuff. National espionage will occur. We need to protect against it better.
Other than accepting info from Russia or other bad actor State players, I like the idea of WikiLeaks.
Do I think Russia is behind the HRC and DNC (likely other) intrusions into their and other US Gov't information? - Yes.
Do I think Donald has anything to do with it? No.

In context of the media and their fear of losing income I would think big machine networks are in a constant contest for having breaking news and interests for consumption. It's really to the point of entertainment something most can't do without. Russia is as big as it gets.
So are the media enablers? Comes down to "the chicken or the egg".
The Russia angle is news - WikiLeaks could be using that angle to hype their profile and create importance. The real issue is if bad foreign actors aren't involved then our Gov't is the enabler and could be considered in-cahoots with the media.

Your option "C" is for the total moron - the programmable partisan who has been taught to look the other way when told to do so by their puppet masters.
I don't know where the wikileaks source is from, (was that young high-ranking DNC employee who was murdered in the park in the early morning in DC this late Spring the inside source that was used to gain access, or was it the Russians? Or was it the Chinese? Or those damn Canadians? Regardless, they have shed light on the machinations of the DNC and the Main Stream Media.
For a long time, we have seen behavior from the media that pointed to this under-the table collusion with the DNC. Now the Wikileaks have confirmed them. Nobody at the DNC is saying that the leaks themselves are false.
Putin is a dictator, but if it is he who has shed light to the American public on how they are being manipulated and how their system is rigged, then we owe him a "thank you". In reality, Wikileaks has shown that we are little if any different from the corrupt Russian system of politics.
P.S. I am FAR more worried about China than Russia.
The greater evil is the police violating one's constitutional right.
With Wikileaks, one point of view is that the greater evil is the interference and espionage perpetrated by a foreign entity to impact our elections.
You need not agree. Hence, choose the answer that best reflects your views.
Amendment. Quite another to say it can't be used in the court of public opinion.
If that were not the case, the Petagon Papers would never have seen the light of day. Completely illegally stolen material. First Amendment clearly wins here.
Much more fundamental than the 1st Amendment.
the Pentagon Papers were classified when published. SCOTUS held that the First Amendment overrode national security risks. Damn liberals!

The liberal media wants us to believe this a cyber attack from Russia, but that is an unfounded lie.
Just to put this into perspective: Obama, Hillary, and the United States are acting tougher towards Julian Assange than they are towards ISIS or terrorists inside the United States. Why do you think that is?
Obama ordered that Assange's internet connectivity be severed or else Ecuador would stop receiving U.S. funding (bribes)
Ain't it funny that he can't shut off the ISIS websites around the globe?
This is a desperate act of a desperate hive of treasonous libertines.
They are deathly afraid of Julian and Hillary Clinton has been exposed so badly that she cant dispute the emails or documentsso she has gone into hiding while Obama is threatening to take Assange out and go to war with Russia.
Meanwhile, the State Sponsored Propaganda machine attempts to divert our attention away from her crimes, health issues and psychotic behavior because they are all all cut from the same cloth.
Funny how the heads of these agencies are all spewing the same narrative without one fact to back up their allegations.
Hmmm...how do you spell collusion?
the evidence shown it is the Russians? Obama's administration says so...the same admin that was revealed in those very Wikileaks to be in collusion with the Clinton Campaign. And while that admin has not challenged the veracity of the leaks, the have not offered any specific proof for their claim.
They are trained to be apolitical. This is hard for you to grasp, I realize.
...and ship them to the DNC.
They will have raging hard-ons for minutes.
Don't trust em, never will.
