Accusations of "decades of criminal misconduct," yet not one charge.
How can we explain it? There really are only two possibilities:
Either: (1) The accusations are have no grounds in actual evidence (as opposed to the ardent beliefs of her political enemies), or
(2) The whole justice system is crooked. Federal, state and local justice departments - run by both parties - are all in the bag for the Clintons.
The notion that #2 is more logical to so many people is a good reminder that - especially when it comes to politics - people are just not too good at using logic.
your lack of knowledge regarding the judicial systems is obvious. The evidence is not lacking and their is no crooked judicial system.
Unless you regard the amount of evidence that is needed as evidence that the system is broken.
There is evidence, but not enough to bring a conviction. That is what the judicial system says. But the is evidence.
and some say that the FBI didn't indict because of political reasons--and there is evidence of that.
The thresh-hole is so great--in all criminal matters--that it is difficult to get a filling. And the federal guidelines are higher than the states guidelines, making it more difficult.
That said, the FBI doesn't investigate for one year, then not get a filing and conviction. When the FBI takes on a project of this size, it always gets a filing. Why?
Because they believe the person or the target is guilty before they start.
Always...
Thresh-hole. Yes.
