Actually, the fines for this from the state Medicaid office are going to be massive along with the cancellation of the state contract that almost all labs have if she had Medicaid. The loss of the insurance contract and legal liability from that will also be significant if she had privat insurance. Then there are the state and federal laws regarding refusal to treat - esp in a health emergency situation where the state of Colorado has declared COVID to be a health emergency (that was the reason they used to shut the state down). Then there are the federal hate crime laws in play here, and also the civil rights violations because they picked her out as a black antivaxer.
