Truly a "Win Win" for my crew. GOP either strikes out on their ability to "govern," or passes a piece of shit bill that flips the House in 2018.
Which, of course, means a rule change. Which, of course, means you better pray RBG doesn't kick off in the next two years.

Not sure about this 3 step process Ryan is pushing. I gather he is a smart guy, so I hope he knows what he is doing. We'll find out soon enough.

The GOP controlled House, in concert with the White House (GOP elected President), are anxious to pass any bill, regardless of substance, that "repeals and replaces" Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act.
The GOP is battling internally, as many members believe this bill is worse than existing law, and runs contrary to their constituents' best interests. But, rather than engage in a substantive process that makes health care coverage more affordable and covers as many folks as possible, the GOP leadership, in a race to pass anything that gives the appearance that the GOP is fulfilling campaign promises, is offering up a bad bill, that is NOT in the nation's best interests.
But, I guess we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it.
