Arnold handles it like a boss. If you don't know, his father-in-law, Sargent Shriver, helped start Special Olympics and Arnold's been involved for a long time. But it even pre-dates his days with Maria Shriver because I have a pic somewhere of him in the 70s teaching kids with cognitive disabilities to lift in the gym.
As a friend of mine put it so well, "They're more human than the rest of us." It's true and it's one of the reasons I believe they are put here.
If you've never watched the Special Olympics, you might be surprised at how good some of the competitors are at their respective sports. Rumor has it a few of them can even best Obama at bowling, throwing a baseball and several other things.

As other videos of him making the exact same gestures in regards to his showing other people (Ted Cruz, a general, etc.) being flustered show.
You know, this is why I can't stomach so many people on the left - you are so intellectually dishonest with your wrong conclusions, double standards, hypocrisy, etc. The sad part is the left actually has some good points with things like income inequality and the Republicans' obsession with making sure the rich get richer, along with some social positions. But it gets lost in the tactics you use, which are so vicious and mean-spirited and hate-filled it makes the typical conservative look like a saint.
If there are other clips of him making those same physical gestures - please post - otherwise, you're wrong and really should start to face reality - Trump is the ultimate asshole. This is not a decent man and you lot voted him into office. What took Sonny Bush 5yrs to do, he's managed to do it in two months and he's an asshole.

Link: Trump makes same gesture frequently
Learn the expression and take it to heart. “Even a dog knows the difference between being kicked and being stumbled over.”
For a guy who uses intelligence and shows really good insight into ND football and basketball, it's amazing you can't do the same when it comes to politics. You don't have to agree with my opinions, of course, but when obvious truth is shown and you deny it, there's nothing I can do with that.
Just before he does his little mocking gyration he's talking about that NYTimes reporter.
And the fact that he's done the same exact gesture in discussing other people, both before and after talking about Serge Kovaleski, shows that this is a habit of Trump's not related to mocking a disability.
1) comparing a media elite reporter with a fabulous job and life who has a speech impediment to the kids at Special Olympics with real special needs is a joke.
2) this didn't have anything to do with trump. In fact it was a shining moment for an anti-Trump guy. but you found a way to work it in anyways.
If you don't see this, you're (I'm being nice here) a bot.
"can I move beyond [my] hate for Trump, ever?" - I despise him and all those like him. He's a user, manipulator, liar, sociopath, .....
What's to like? - That you have no ability to see this character for who he is, is so far beyond the pale it has been discouraging to think you and those like you actually exist. When you finally pull your head out of your ass, let me know.
And don't give me "millions of Americans like him and voted for him" so that makes me wrong. Before you even get there; no, I'm not wrong, you are.
