1. Magic: the one contemporary of Jordan who has an argument about being the best of that era.
2. Oscar Robertson: the numbers speak for themselves.
3. Isaiah Thomas: many would rank Stockton above him, but I think his offensive production puts him ahead of Stockton.
4. Stockton: great defender and passer who made the open shots.
5. I don't know. Should Curry or Paul be here? From retired players, I would place Gary Payton above Steve Nash, Walt Frazier or Bob Cousy.

I couldn't stand the Celts, but DJ would have to be ranked above Cheeks, too. The most underrated Celtic, with Parish the most overrated.
And Henry Bibby? Really?
I know he is remembered primarily as a great shooter, but he is listed as a PG in Basketball Reference and averaged nearly 7 APG in a 14-year career. He also was one of the best defensive players in the league, and still is considered one of the great clutch players in league history.
Close with Thomas maybe (somehow, I really didn't see him play that much), but Stockton is no contest IMO.
he's right there behind Robertson.
Edit: great defender, too.
