In Belgium (roughly same population as Ohio) they have given 1.7 million doses of the COVID vaccine. In Ohio we have given well north of 5 million. Vaccine distribution started roughly 10 days later in Belgium.
My 80 year old father got his first dose over 2 months ago in Ohio. My 83 year old father-in-law in Belgium has not received his first dose and his age group isn't eligible until May. He is also an immuno-compromised cancer patient. He just tested positive for COVID. Well done socialized medicine.
Old and/or handicapped people are seen as worthless there.
