to go and center right Rs with actual ideas and proposals need to return, and not only to counterbalance the left.
But that is a tall order. First, extremists who sow division and spew nonsense and hatred must be shown the door.
Next, the former guy's major achievement was a $2 trillion scheme of tax cuts for the richest people and corporations.
Trickle down doesn't work and fails to serve 99% of the population.
Healthcare reform needs to happen, yet for 4 years there was no proposal. Incredible (though ignoring public health guidance was oft discussed).
And "Infrastructure Week" was always next week. Really?
Instead of trying to win by preventing voters from voting, Rs need to return to serving people rather than trying to fool them.
Btw, in CA we've seen firsthand how poorly things are run when the only views are left, far left, and cray-cray.
Time for sanity to return so the nutters on both sides don't end up in charge.

Just rhetoric
to register. Making it a crime to give someone standing in a long line a bottle of water. Trying to restrict voting hours or eliminate them on days when you know certain communities vote, like Sunday.
You white lefties give these folk zero credit for having an ounce of smarts. There are plenty of days to vote in all kinds of ways. Bring your own water if you think it will be such a hardship. Bring your ID. Everyone has one. You need one do do all kinds of things. Ask the Delta jerkoff if passengers can now board without IDs. Ask Chase or BoA if folk can open an account or cash a check without an ID. Like Candice Owens said the other night, the left think blacks are a bunch of Neanderthals, walking around, trying to figure out how to do all this. Her words, not mine. The left doesn't give a rat's behind about these "poor" people when no elections are at stake.
The simple truth is the R’s know that the less people who vote, the greater their chances. The way you do that is to make it harder to vote as the harder it is, statistically the less people who do it. Depressing turnout is the only way for a minority party like the R’s to remain competitive.
What is so damn hard about showing up on the many days assigned to voting within the hours of operation with your own water and an ID? Stop treating these fellow Americans like idiots. Since when is free water a right of voting. What's next, a breakfast buffet? This is just a power grab from left leaders whose income depends on chaos and misery. You know it and I know it and they know it. If you are so concerned about these disenfranchised voters, you and your pals take them to get a legal ID, buy them a case of bottled water and give them a ride to vote. Low expectations. The left strikes again from their gated communities.
registration if you don’t want less people to vote? They know it works statistically to keep down the numbers.
I'm a long time poll worker in Indiana. I work in a site that has multiple precincts voting in one location. Voters need to show their ID twice. Once to an election judge to gain entry and a second time to the clerk to sign in and vote. Last general election saw long lines at times, especially a half hour before the polls even opened. No water was offered to anyone. Nobody passed out. Nobody complained. They stood in line, showed their ID twice, then voted. Why are you of the same mind as Sharpton and Stacey Abrams? That's worrisome and you have no problem with that. LOL.
you are afraid of other citizens casting their ballots.
This isn't Morning Joe and you're not going to talk your way out of this one. You actually get pushback here.
That illegal voting?

Going big and bold and they have no idea how to stop him.
Whether this is good for the nation though is another matter.
So many innocents murdered but at least it's not Trump in the WH, so all is rosy.
Replacing policies he disliked...with a vacuum isn’t exactly an indication of unbounded genius.
Makes your final sentence all the more troubling.
And you're right, he's torching the GOP - almost as much as they're torching themselves.
out of Congress and how to go get it. He is a formidable adversary that way.
I think I got the quote correct.
cut taxes for the wealthiest individuals and corporations (which actually passed), right?
Reminds me of this...

Sure it could happen. It "could" also go horribly wrong. Time will tell I suppose. It might be a Biden Boom. But if it's a Biden Bust he has to own that too.

For instance, a vaccination card is GIVEN by the Govt to the person who has voluntarily showed up to get the jab. In my thread, we also established that it is the private sector (not the GOVT or state legislature) requesting that the patron have a vaccination passport in order to gain entry to the movie theater or restaurant of choice. It is the private sector in a "free market" economy that is making a business decision that "net net" -- they will draw more patrons if vaccination passports are required. That calculation may differ in different markets -- whereby your local Cracker Barrel in HeeHawville may not require its patrons to have a passport.
Contrast one's fundamental right to vote, whereby a GOP dominated state legislature is creating roadblocks to require a pristine paper trail to obtain a voter ID card, whereby the voter may not be able to easily procure because her mommy (who left when the voter was 18 months old) did not safely secure the vital document (i.e., birth certificate). So, this prospective voter has to jump thru her ass to procure paperwork in order to secure a voter ID ... so the voter can wait 7 hours in line to vote on Election Day (after working a 10 hour shift) only to be told that the address on her Voter ID card (that took 6 months to procure) does not match an address in the DMV database, and therefore, she cannot cast her ballot.
2020 proved that your lot cannot win on the issues, cannot win on a message of hate and exclusion, and so your only play is to manipulate the rules to give your side a "competitive advantage" -- behind closed doors. We know your game. Soon to be extinct.
edit: typos
Georgia and when they arrive present their drivers license? Or state issued ID card?
Like all normal people? What bullshit are you pedaling other than lies?
What group of people do you think is so mentally deficient that they can't figure out how to get a drivers license?
...and at the same time, he has no problem with businesses being threatened with losing their license if they don't require a passport - thus forcing people to get a vaccine against their will. It is a vaccine with the usual dangers of all vaccines.
Clearly, conor is at a point where he wants to force people to get an injection of all vaccines against their will.
