Educated people have never regarded the Steele Dossier as the "be-all, end-all."

The dossier was a piece of the FISA warrant. Like any search warrant, the totality of the four corners is the difference maker.
But, the GOP controlled Senate called witnesses to investigate Russia interference in 2016. They were examined by Senators, many of whom are seasoned lawyers.
The Mueller Report likewise outlined the scope of the coordination between Russia and the Trump Campaign, coupled with the obstruction by Trump and his circle -- the same obstruction we see now in the January 6th House investigation.

The simpletons and dupes on this Board have always linked the Steele Dossier as the crux of the Russian investigation. It wasn't.
Nunes, and other Trump acolytes (in concert w/ Fox News) seized on the dossier to distract from the meat of the case -- all of which inculpated Trump and his circle.
And remember all the posts, professing that McCabe and Strzok would be indicted and convicted? Still waiting. Oh, and don't forget that both McCabe and Strzok appeared before Senate/ House committees and testified under oath. They didn't run from their subpoenas, did they?
One more time for the slow people: Police get a tip from a confidential informant that 3 guys in a green car with tag # JW2435 are selling heroin at the corner of 4th and Madison, and one of them is armed with a firearm. The police show up, see pedestrian traffic engaging with the 3 subjects, and see some hand-to-hand transactions. Police, seize heroin and cash, but do not find a firearm.
Do you think the drugs are tossed by a judge because no firearm was found?

Clinton campaign promised a tech executive a job in her administration. He and a team of "University researchers" developed a completely baseless connection between the Trump Organization and the Russian Alfa Bank. Nobody on the Democrat side believed this would even withstand a moment's scrutiny, but that didn't matter. Clinton's lawyer was dispatched to try to sell the story to the FBI, etc. The entire goal was to create an "investigation", which could then be talked about. In fact, Jake Sullivan and Hillary herself then talked about the "investigation" of allegations which they themselves had cooked up out of nothing. Absolutely loathsome.
We have also learned (as anyone with more than three neurons firing in his brain knew all along) that the entire Steele Dossier is complete bullshit. Totally made up. It was used as the basis for a four year investigation of Trump for collusion with Russia. It was entirely spurious. Every fucking detail is total garbage. Paid for by the Clinton Campaign. Outrageous.
