Last time I saw that kind of careless treatment of a firearm in a courtroom was in the Three Stooges short "Disorder in the Court". That whole proceeding that day was like it was being held in Clancy's pool room.

I wonder if they allow the bailiff to clear the weapon in front of the court. If the prosecutor touched the trigger without personal and direct knowledge of the gun being cleared, that is a total Baldwin move.
I guess the jury knows what it is like to be in Rittenhouse's shoes...being threatened.
