The jury should be scared to convict, now...if they have any common sense. For the defendant's sake, I hope they also have enough personal fortitude to do the right thing. Just weird that you haven't posted on this "threat to democracy."
And I see this is the second thread about it!
OMG! That sounds soooooooooo wrong! What did MSNBC do? Does the Assistant Principal know?
No way MSNBC gets to attend the Fall Prom …. They must be in sooooo much trouble.
Can you send us the trial transcript. I feel sooooooooo sorry for those jurors. OMG!
…the ends justify the means. Since he has been told by the media that punishing what he sees as white dough boy Rittenhouse for killing ANTIFA crazies is essential to their continued intimidation and riots. Thus, “the Whatever means necessary” rule applies here in the case of the media intimidating the jury.
Hey Ned, doesn’t the MSNBC behavior guarantee a mistrial if he is found guilty? It seems like it should.
Also, will MSNBC face charges themselves? (I noticed they were quick to separate themselves by saying that the man they were paying was a contractor).
There are a thousand causes for a mistrial at this point, it seems. But, it better be a mistrial with prejudice, or the process itself will be further unjust punishment for Rittenhouse, as the Leftists will just stage a second political trial. I wouldn't be surprised if the jury convicts out of fear. I hope they have the courage to vote for justice.

strikes me as someone who made it a big deal because it was a MSNBC freelancer.

What do you think will happen if the jurors fear their names will be disclosed? Will they vote for a conviction of an innocent man because they fear for their own lives and the lives of their families?
This is an attempt by MSNBC to either influence the jury, or to punish the jury if it doesn't vote for conviction, and also to let future juries know the Left is always looking to harm them if they don't vote for politics instead of justice.
Like Conor, you seem to believe we don't need due process for people you have already convicted in your minds.
that we know of? Again I don't advocate for the action of following the bus, but do you honestly think this is the first time it has happened in any trial?
You feel personally invested in this trial for some reason.
The clown shouldn’t have followed the bus. It wasn’t a threat though.
So, his actions have already had a noticeable effect to prevent justice.
Do you feel personally invested in this trial for some reason?
I'm invested in justice for the defendant. What about you?
Maybe there are facts I don't know about, but the Arbery case seems like a no brainer guilty verdict to me. I expect justice will be done there, and the guys will go to jail. I mention that to reinforce that I am about justice, only. But, the Rittenhouse case was a travesty from the beginning. Rittenhouse should not be on trial. He is a political prisoner.
unless the judge made a big deal of it? I'm guessing they weren't in the courtroom at the time....or shouldn't have been.
Even if the current jury failed to find out about this, future juries know what the Left will do to them and their families, so mission accomplished.
Face it: Your side on this does not want justice for individuals. They want to suppress all those who oppose them. They don't judge individuals; they only judge groups. Throughout history, those with this approach have been the cause of the greatest injustices.
with it to get involved in a confrontation with rioters and protesters, got his wish and killed 2 people? If he just stays home none of this happens. A self appointed vigilante.
You are a true beauty and a nut.
