They’ll make fundamental changes and then lie about it, calling them adjustments or something.

“Our no-cash-bail policy remains in effect for misdemeanors with no previous criminal charges. This has been a vital reform that we are proud to call a tremendous success. Blah blah blah”

In the third paragraph on page 2 you will learn that they have renewed cash bail for felons.
