I do like the idea of requiring proof of vaccination for air/train travel.
Doing so will encourage unvaccinated folks to get the jab.
Governors and mayors should do so with restaurants, bars, etc.

Businesses have found this approach to be very effective...many have seen 95+% conformance...
this is a communicable disease that can kill...the vaccines have demonstrated their ability to keep people out of hospitals and morgues...virtually all patients in ICUs are unvaccinated...there's no logical reason for anyone, short of a medically acknowledged exemption, to not get vaccinated...for heaven's sake, we have already demonstrated the use of 'mandates' for Smoking on trains, planes, etc...let's get on with it.
