tweets and context for them...as for one of the Senators that Sen. Kennedy cited as being 'aggrieved' (Sen. Cornyn), check out the linked article to get an idea of how 'upstanding' and (in)consistent Sen. Cornyn is and why Mr. Ho had most likely been 'spot on' with his Twitter assessment.
From what I've seen in a brief search around this exchange between Sen. Kennedy and Mr. Ho, it appears that Sen. Kennedy is taking issue with remarks by Mr. Ho on Twitter regarding his views on Republican members of Congress (e.g. Sen. Cornyn) who are undermining our democratic foundations by continuing to cast doubt on our electoral process (e.g. "The Big Lie")...if this is what this is all about, then I sincerely hope that Mr. Ho gets on the bench ASAP...because he's absolutely correct in his judgement...as opposed to Sen. Kennedy.
The Honorable person in that room is Mr. Ho.

his words like a man, explain the context, and let the chips fall. Even you can see that he cannot or will not do that...if you're honest.
The remarks are one thing. From his squirming and consistently trying to move from his own statements to the broader general "coarseness of the internet" it's obvious, in the light of day, he's ashamed of some of them. He, himself, says he regrets many things he's tweeted. You can see that he's doing that to try and give himself a haven when he's confronted with things that he knows he has said.
The more important thing is that he wishes to be a judge and lacks the basic character to own up to things he has previously said publicly.
It appears to me that he's another juvenile, emboldened by the internet to say things on social media to impress other juveniles, that he wouldn't say in person. It's sad that he lacked the JUDGMENT to see where that could lead.
I don't want such a person to be a judge regardless of political persuasion.
One thing is apparent...when he's alone...there's not an honorable person in the room...
with GOP Senators who constantly strive to deny voting rights to U.S. citizens, and like many others made the mistake of using Twitter to convey his feelings (e.g. the PROLIFIC Senator Cornyn). IMO Mr. Ho regrets "Going Low" like Sen. Cornyn (and some other notable GOP luminaries), but not the underlying messages he posted...which he could not say in such a setting...somewhat like the responses we heard from Bill Barr or Brett Kavanaugh.
Sen. Kennedy's real issue here is that Mr. Ho is a fighter for voting rights...and that is a 'Show Stopper' for any card-carrying Republican leader right now.
btw, check out the attached link that lists many of Sen. Kennedy's deleted Tweets...guess he was a bit embarrassed and regretful himself more than once.

The consistencies among them: blatant obfuscations and lying; copious numbers of moronic and profane tweets; expressions of a hatred for this country; unlimited numbers of straight-faced denials that anything they said/wrote in the past has had or will have any bearing on how the adjudicate or how they administer rules and regulations; a smugness that rates an 11 on a 10-point scale (no one has had a more punchable face than that repulsive ATF nominee.)
Not to suggest you are full of shit or anything.
You know...I was going to figure out a way to get "candidate" into the header, but I realized that the BidenHandlers are a lot like a yeast infection, so iI left it as is.
