DNC lawsuit against Russia, Wikileaks and Trump!

A fund raising ploy, a discovery fishing expedition, a campaign ploy, and/or a sign of desperation that Mueller isn't finding anything? Probably all of the foregoing. It's also going to be a prime example of legal realism in action, as they've selected a forum in which their case will get a lot of traction from a friendly judge... only to get smacked down in the long run by a Trump appointed Supreme Court.

The Dems challenge is to try to make everyone feel bad despite all of the good going on around them. This is just part of that never ending search to find the answer.

A company can be criminally prosecuted in connection with environmental crimes, yet sued civilly for damages as a result of the alleged wrongdoing.

(Don't misunderstand, you could find a lawyer to argue that you are a Hannity conservative, so I know that they will try to explain this away, but the DNC refused help after being made aware of the problem, gee I wonder why?).

...and not publish whatever they become aware of. Kind of weird: GIve us damages, but don't investigate the harm that we say we suffer. Would love to hear some litigators weigh in on this. Seems like a comical lawsuit.
