Right now, they are enforced here and there, against the weak or individuals who are unlikely to be able to fight, against people the government doesn't like.
But, if Trump starts seizing every house and car of every marijuana dealer in Colorado, California, etc., ... hell, against anyone they can drum up probable cause (not beyond a reasonable doubt), against, the media might finally start to push to repeal these un-American laws that both parties support. They might not have done that for other presidents, but they will surely do that against Trump.
Or, we can just continue to rely on a benevolent president selectively enforcing the law. That usually works.
