He said it may not be "our job to impose sanctions on him, but it is our job to make his pattern of revolting behavior clear — piece by painful piece."
Thank you Conor

...not place Kavanaugh there or a participant.
at that zoo when Brett was there.
I also know that those things did happen at college parties in my day.
I also know that a group tried to roofie my daughter at a frat party in college. One of her friends saw one if them put it in the solo cup. So don’t tell me that shit is all made up. It isn’t even today.

I Have a pretty good idea of who it is though which won’t be good for him.
I hope you don't mind the joke. I'd be very protective of my kid in this situation. Sounds like you'll get yours.

You are as bad as any Democrat and a poster child for what’s wrong with the system.

Clinton, multiple accusers, serial assaulter, D, so bad.
Orange, multiple accusers, serial assaulter, R, so good.
Cole: completely pathetic hack.
Harry Reid's karma is what screwed Garland. Both parties will keep doubling down in bringing karma to the other side. It's gets worse and worse for the country.

You and Baron have repeatedly posted that the Presidential election is all about SCOTUS.
Please don’t try to walk it back.
You created an activist court. They just now want to take advantage of it like you have been doing.
Why would I walk things back regarding the election being about SCOTUS? I find it odd that you would suggest that I would want to do that.
Yet, the Machiavellian zeal to sit ultra conservative justices as if your party is arming for a ideological Cold War against the liberals, is the very reason why we are posting about the Kavanaugh circus.
Kavanaugh is not an ultraconservative judge. I don't know why you would say that. He's a Bush conservative.
Unfortunately, that makes him a statist, which I don't like. And, if you guys let him go on the court without treating him this way, I would be willing bet he would be another Kennedy. Now, I hope you have polarized him. And, I hope he goes through his first hearing as a SCOTUS Justice never asking a single question, just to drive the point home to you guys.

If you are saying that another liberal justice on SCOTUS would have decided those elections differently, then you most definitely prove my point that we've had an activist court for a long time, and the court is partisan. If so, then what is at stake here is nothing less than control of the third legislative body of the US government.
The point where a Liberal bench uses the constitution and law to make a decision where a Partisan R bench follows corporate structure and nods to the highest bidder.
