At the minimum, accuse each justice, force them to call for an investigation.....because, after all, who wouldn't want an investigation to clear themselves?
And, if that doesn't work, maybe we should expand the Court to 13 before Trump leaves office, like the Dems threatened to do.
This country is in a lot of trouble.
They exaggerate.
And you simply cannot imagine that angry, disrespectful guy we saw - plus 10 beers and minus 35 mellowing years - doing anything to women.
A man sees what he wants to see and he disregards the rest.

GOP other than Lindsay Graham.
Jesus, you're delusional.
While Kavanaugh to the full brunt of the Dems alone......until Lindsay Graham.
They also let him twist in the wind for 10
But, the evidence for the worst ones is insufficient to prevent him from being confirmed. These people sat on their claims for 36 years, and they know they can't prove them or they would go to court, and the don't. They are only mentioning them now for political reasons. If they wanted justice bad enough, they would have acted sooner. I don't think uncorroberated accusations held until the last minute so that they had the most politcal impact should stop a nomination.
Do you disagree?
In the future, the Senate should make it clearer to the public that these accusations are handled like comments for proposed federal regulations by interested parties: nominee named...30 days to submit unsubstantiated accusations...then the hearings start...then the vote. Anything that comes in after the comments deadline is ignored. That's how it should have been handled here, but the GOP are to wimpy to do that. The more I watch our senators give those ridiculous interviews in the Capitol hallways, the more I have less confidence in our form of government. We have a bunch of buffoons running our country.
