Maybe she was, but the article doesn't say so. Strange link for you to provide, given the title of your post.
patients, why would you not lean in Quest's direction?...It's a very sad outcome for that lady, her family and hundreds of thousands of others who actually were unvaccinated and suffered the worst of all outcomes. You can't change the facts...vaccinations save lives...period...get with the program and help your fellow Americans, instead of playing message board games.
You don't seem to be paying attention to this thread, and yet you post here. What a sad state of affairs. Get with the program!
deniers failing to see the logic of getting vaccinated...even when people who are vocal deniers end up dying from COVID...I'm puzzled as to why you didn't just say "Amen" to his post and instead chose to delve into her vax status...
Given the truly overwhelming evidence in ICUs around the country that Unvaccinated people are WAY MORE likely to die from COVID, it's amazing that you'd say anything that might encourage an unvaccinated reader to stay in that precarious situation...so I posted my reply asking "Why?".
Being anti-mandate is not the same as being anti-vax. I thought that was pretty simple, but Q and you seem to be confused by that.

prime example.
~19 million residents in the state
~14 million fully vaccinated according to John Hopkins data
~3.7 million confirmed cases since the beginning according to John Hopkins data
So, you have a state that has put more restrictions on the majority of their population than almost any other state, a state that has 17.7 million people out of 19 million with either natural immunity or full vaccinations, and yet they set a new all-time record of new confirmed cases in a day and also a week. Additionally, hospitalizations are nearing the peaks of last winter. Something isn't adding up.
"...and nearly 100 percent of those needing ventilators haven't gotten their shots,"
Does that data impact you in any way?

Which is worse, gun shot wounds or unvaccinated COVID patients?

have to do with this topic?
At our facility, since December 25th (approximate start of Omicron spread here), 25% of all Covid admissions and 25% of all Covid deaths are fully vaccinated individuals. On the surface, it seems like that shows the vaccine works, but then you realize that less than 40% of our population service area is fully vaccinated. I am not saying the vaccine is worthless, but it isn't the miracle worker that it is being touted as. The biggest thing we should be focusing on is therapeutics in my opinion.
