change in perspective and U confuse FOX TV with fact giving journalism.
and now -
How is it you derived from Politifact article Kagan made false statements in her Senate hearings? She quite plainly states, her perspective had changed from her earlier writings. Her opinions aren't lies, they're opinions. Even the politifact states at the end of the article, she flip-flopped.
Hard to believe you could be more out of touch and have less comprehension than originally thought.

She wrote a whole paper on the need for SCOTUS candidates to answer specific questions, then when she later found herself in the interview seat, she conveneintlysaid that she changed her mind. Very unbecoming. Not the proper temperament or honesty that one would like to see in a nominee to be a justice.
Also, we can presume that she lied when she said that she changed her mind. She will need to prove her innocence.
This may need to get reviewed since such a standard is established with Kavanaugh. Afterall, this is not a court of law.
That's kind of looney.
....while the Left is proposing a similar course of action toward Kavanaugh, I am not actually going to suggest that a similar thing be done to left leaning justices.
You are exactly right...the whole thing is looney, and that was what i was trying to convey sarcastically. Thus the "whoosh" post below.
I was going to say something about not pushing his buttons, but I see he actually called you out in the OP. Have at it.
