Also, no warning that there would be penalties for making false statements was given before interview and they wanted to ensure that Flynn was “relaxed” during the session.
The so called 302 report's date of Aug. 22, 2017 is also confusing. Lisa page and Peter Strzok's text back to Feb. already mentioned 302 report and in Comey's testimony, he mentioned he read the report which must be before May when he was fired. So, why Mueller team's 302 report is Aug. 22, 2017? Are there 2 different versions of reports?
Sorry, you really seem to have dug into this.
Standard for a defendant’s memo.
The man was the head of the DIA. I suppose he just didn't know that lying to the FBI was a crime! Nobody told him!
That might be the single most preposterous position the Trump Cult takes.
As to the rest of your post: I have no idea what you are talking about. No one will.
said could not be used in court. Am I wrong on this?
"The agents did not provide General Flynn with a warning of penalties for making a false statement under 18 U.S.C. 1001 BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER the interview."
Note: I capitalized the word "before", "during" and "after".
This is a legal defense strategy, hoping to score points on a technicality. They are essentially saying that he wasn't read his miranda rights. Except it is not at all clear that he had to have been reminded of this in the same way (and, to repeat, he already certainly knew this).
It is also UTTER nonsense. The notion that Flynn did not know there was a penalty for making false statements is asinine.

response as reply: It's just defense' strategy for reduction of the sentence.
