1) If court eventually rules that Trump can end DACA in their final ruling this June, he wins
2)If court rules that Obama’s unilateral presidential implementation of DACA without congressional action to make a law, then this means while DACA persists, it also means that Trump can also do the same thing that Obama did and he can enact a border policy and wall without any way for the congress or anyone else to block him.
Personally, I strongly want option #1 because of the horrendous precedent set by Obama. We want a president, not a king. But...your rules Dems.
