4,486 American soldier deaths; 655,000 Iraqi deaths - $1.7 trillion in US dollars (so far)
Both Clinton and Bush 43 wanted this, but Bush had the "momentum" from 9/11 spooking a good chunk of the country and Congress into supporting this.
Wasted lives, wasted money, an a major increase in radicalized muslims against the West.

Saddam could have procured nukes from the Pakistanis and then a nuke race could have spun out of control in the Middle East. I would have preferred a blockade of Iraq. I'm not sure that any nation would have tried to help this monster.
"Saddam could have procured nukes from the Pakistanis" is the dumbest thing posted on this board in 2019.
But cheer up, it's early.
Why wouldn't Saddam try to buy nukes? And why wouldn't the cash strapped Pakis self them to a fellow muslim?
I am sure that the Pakistani government would have seen no downside to selling nuclear weapons to Saddam.
This probably won't even be your stupidest statement of January. We'll see.
This was not my original idea... it's actually on several sources.

There are a few holdouts still. But most realize what realists were saying from the beginning - it was an unnecessary war, one that led to tragedy and national disgrace.
This is all to do with the Mueller investigation - there is more to come from Trump in this and the gov't shut down feels like it is just the beginning.
him?
You mean the same prez who has let a crises exist for two years on our border before acting on it?
You mean the same prez who turned down $25 mill for his wall in exchange for DACA?
See how that smear works?
Celebrating what?
What is the smear?
