Link: Schumer and Pelosi
After Trumps disgusting Teleprompter jerk-off speech these two missed one of the greatest TV opportunities in political history. They had no sense of the moment or the utter failure of Trump's position.

This is not a good precedent to set if we want to become less polarized.
I know it's confusing for you.
My point has nothing to do with Trump. Delivering a prepared "response" to a national address by the president is not good for the Republic. A traditional response addressing the president's actual words via traditional mediums would have been far more effective and far less divisive.
but he didn't so they were lucky to have known Trump would Bullshit the Nation on border security and the wall.
And calling out the POTUS for his baloney is suddenly divisive?

The precedent is that if you are going to lie 7500 times in less than two years, and your own party refuses to call you on it, then the other party will respond to your national addresses.
Full blown TDS. Your number of lies factoid is another example of the fake news your liberal news sources are feeding you.
If it was just to further divide the nation and move further from a compromise that would end the govt shutdown then mission accomplished, IMO.

I have no idea if either party achieved any objective.
