Or Americans or Dreams

Solid cast and I watched the entire thing (this has to get better?) 1:50 of my life I will never get back. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

Worst big-budget movies I've ever seen.

In no particular order:

Freddy Got Fingered
Raising Cain (DePalma)
The Exorcist II
Jaws IV
Nothing But Trouble
Howard the Duck
Orca

I also hated the final Die Hard and Indiana Jones films.

Hollywood will squeeze even good franchises until they suck. (See Godfather III)

I shut it off after about thirty minutes. It was so bad, and just astonishingly lazy filmaking.

Here is the IMDB link.

The worst thing about a movie like that is that they weren't trying from the start.

I guarantee you that the producers of some of the movies on my list really were trying to make good movies. Nobody involved with that Die Hard sequel was doing anything but "taking the piss."

The latest ones in the series: Crystal Skull and Live Free and Die Hard.

Or whatever it was called. Willis was actually smirking and laughing at the audience in that one. I do think the third one in the series is as good as the first, though.

God intervened with Crystal Skull. I didn't want to go to that one but the missus did. We went to a matinee. As we were leaving, discussing how bad it was, I looked down and there was a $10, a remittance from The Big Guy, who took pity on me.

A 2006 movie that got a 41% on Rotten Tomatoes? Sounds like you have no one to blame but yourself.

And it had Willam Dafoe, Mandy Moore, Hugh Grant.

Come to think of it, you are right - I'm an idiot.
