IF TRUE, these polling numbers would say so.

This is what makes these two popular with their bases... they don't flinch when confronted with reality.
She had scuffle with establishment like Trump did, and did not bend to them. I think Sanders, if he had got elected 2016, he would have been investigated too today, not as serious as they did on Trump though. After all Sanders has been here for so long and is well established. Also, he is a sheep, not a fighter . Just look at what DNC did on him in 2016 and his reaction.
I guess I just understand government bureaucracy, especially big established government bureaucracy too well.
When Kerry was running, a Texas Billionaire paid people who supposedly were with Kerry to dispute his record. They self published a book and so it was Kerry v. 4-F Cheney and "Where in the World is George W. Bush" who got a pass into the "already full Texas Air Guard."
Kerry, looking like Mr. Sensitive=Alan Alda, tried to take the high road and debate except the GOP laid low.
He should have gone on TV waving his DD 214, kicking and screaming, "Cheney, Bush, I'll be on the Senate floor tomorrow, I'm bringing my DD214, Honorable Discharge papers and let's kick ass and take names."
Sadly, he wimped out, go over run by the media and Cheney. A total Dem wimp out.
when they saw Howard Dean emerged as the early front-runner, they reluctantly turned to John Kerry in order to stop crazy Dean. But they don't like Kerry actually.

There is a yearning for something new in the party - the leaders are nearing their 80s. She is whipping up the fringe, which is passionate. But let's not overestimate all this - according to that poll, 74% of Democrats would "consider voting for her." Against Trump, so would I. I would consider voting for Charles Manson against Trump, if the Constitution didn't make it clear that the president actually has to be alive.
But only 17% would "definitely" vote for her.
