here by calling others communists isn't going to work
You have over two years of post here cheering the possible - most likely fact - collusion of Trump with Putin to end American Democracy - Trump being a Russian asset.
You have no legs to stand on calling anyone here, a Russian.
Trumpenkreiger!
Where is Jon Stewart when we need him most?!?!

Both sides, including you, are becoming less civil and more violent. You foment the same type of hate that you condemn your perceived opponents for.
Which, you know, fair point.
Jim thinks that kids wearing MAGA hats are essentially Nazis. And specifically, this kid should have violence enacted on him. He hates a kid he's never met, because of the hat he wears.
along with taking out of context posts in an effort to deride other posters.
So, your blanket misstatements and conclusions are always just another unsuccessful attempt to play bully on an internet site.
He should read your other posts - it's enlightening.
As a practical matter, the whole point of chaperones is to avoid the kids getting into situations like that, which isn't a comment on whether they did anything wrong, but more on those kids were at risk and are lucky it didn't turn in a bad way. I'd say everyone is fortunate the story is only what it was.

And isn't particularly clever or funny, which is weird for a "comedian".
Persecution of these kids will have the opposite effect that is desired. There is a disturbing trend that has been going on for awhile now and continues to escalate: Destroy those you disagree with, insult them, bully them on social media, destroy their reputation, see if you can get them fired from their jobs, threaten physical violence, etc. And when you run out of targets in current events, start mining social media history. Some of this started with Obama "They bring a knife we bring a gun", and has only gotten worse with "Orange". The increasing lack of civility and civil discourse should be alarming to everyone.
Comparing those who wear MAGA hats to Nazis and comparing ICE to the KKK is not helpful. Neither is comparing undocumented immigrants to rapists, murderers and MS13. Why isn't this obvious to people?
To quote from the attached article: "The only causes I was actually contributing to were the causes of mobbing and public shaming. Real change does not stem from these tactics. They only cause division, alienation, and bitterness."

Bill Maher wouldn't have a chance to publicly shame my kid because I would have done so long before Mahr ever had a chance. I would have marched the little SOB in front of the tv camera and made him apologize to the native american who he had mocked. This one swift and simple gesture would have quickly mitigated any damage. No dumb ass kid should be shamed into oblivion. Neither should their parents try to paint them as a victim when they were clearly out of line.

You can yell to the high heavens all day long, but it simply isn't true.
they were wearing MAGA gear, confronting the native American elder, trying to intimidate him - Outside of them being harangued by the Black for Israelites goofballs: and the kids were not given any guidance by supervising adults, hence they were left to their own devils in a ridiculous situation.

protect them to the death but they also know I wouldn't let them get away with bullshit like tormenting an 80 year old man. Just because I'd make them own the error of their ways doesn't mean I'd hang them out to dry. By the way, once kids understand this message, they are extremely cautious about crossing lines. Never raised a hand to either of my kids because there was no need to. They know if I say something, I will follow through. Plus I beat it into their heads that "electronic is forever" and cameras are everywhere. There is no more he said/she said in this world. The day's of street corner smack talk are over. If you act like a jackass, you're likely to pay a very dear price.

I watched the video, all of it, your 80 year old Native American is in his ‘60’s and not a Vietnam Vet that the media and you believed. He has not only lied about his past but instigated the issue. And by the way he tried to force his way into the National Cathedral a true man to be admired. But you ignore those facts.
The kid in question was standing there and took no action or said anything to the man. The fact that you believe he was an SOB and had poor parenting does not go with the facts. That you are willing to condemn this kid and his parents based on your preceptions you believe about this video without any other information tells me everything I need to know about you. You are determined to condemn this kid. Did the MAGA hat have anything to do with your thought process. You should be ashamed of your condemnation of this kid. You don’t like his politics so he is a SOB. Is that how you raised your kids. If they disagree with our views they are evil. Are you a Christian?
My only hope is that your children understand you are willing to make judgements about people you don’t know without knowledge. So I repeat you are what’s wrong with America. And hopefully your children see that.
You know exactly what little wise asses like this look like. Private school, privilaged, drive a Porche or Mercedes to High School. I know exactly how these kids act and they get it directly from their Parents. He was being a punk, plain and simple.
evil in your eyes or punks. I know people of great wealth who are very generous for no other reason then it’s the right think to do. Their children do the same. You seem convinced that all these people like this white kid from Covington are evil because of his hat and perceived privilege. If he were black and wearing a MAGA hat you wouldn’t post. Again you know nothing about this kid and his parents but you have already judged him based on your prejudices. I’m sorry that you feel guilty about your white privilege. My girls who are half Asian understand America. You choose sides. I judge people on merit as they do.
We were quite deliberate in avoiding living in PBC just for this reason. And this was on the advice of some very wealthy friends. When you're out with your friends in Mizner Park and a fifty something mom and her 17 old daughter come up to your buddy and mom says "how do you like my boob job" and her kid chimes in "I'm getting mine done when I turn 18", you know you're in an alter universe. This is commonplace in Boca and in South Beach. Give me a break bubble boy.

I’m truly sorry if you have imparted this victim mentality to your children. My wife and I came from nothing. We are the American dream. And whether you know it or not a white Catholic school kid from Covington is not a kid that went to Palm Beach Day School and represents white privilege that drives a Porsche. But that doesn’t matter due to your bias. By your response it seems I can’t understand your life or predicament whatever that might be. That again exposes your prejudice why because I live in Palm Beach? Move to Venezuela you’ll be happier there.
they wouldn't let their kids pull that kind of bullshit....EVER!

Rest assured there are plenty of people who would knock him on his ass if he got up in their grill like that with a wise ass smirk on his face. You live in a bubble if you think he wasn't being a prick.
The kid didn’t move. Your Native American hero which can you respond to the fact that he is a liar approached the kid. So what am I missing? Just the facts please non of your bias.
women who were at the march on Friday and Saturday (Wife Included) and they saw what happened as it UNFOLDED. They said the kid was being a little shit.
is you find some peace so that you don't feel the need to disparage a kid you don't know due to your bias. I also hope others will judge your children more kindly that you seem incapable of doing. You have condemned this kid but have not said a word above your Native American hero which has been revealed as fact and not subject to your own beliefs and prejudice about this kid's white privilege. I asked you repeatedly to respond to the fact that he isn't who he says or has been reported, and you have ignored my question. You're just a bigot. And I have serious doubts about the quality of a ND education.

Doesn't excuse Maher and other "adults" though. What's that phrase Hillary is fond of? It takes a village to raise a child...
