election 2016 to vote for Trump. This number of defectors is greater than Trump's victory margin. That means if Bernie is nominated next time, Trump will de facto lose those 12% of Bernie supporters. Although fear is just emotion, I still want to use number and facts to justify my fear.
Too many jackasses competing for the nomination. Where is Oprah when we need her?
For a Democrat, he's not totally batshit crazy. He's from OH. He just won re-election with ease. He's a sharp guy. Problem is, the Dems have lurched so far left that he probably has no chance. Hell, Bill Clinton would not stand a chance with today's group of oppressed, virtue-signaling victims known as the Democratic Party.
FWIW, I'm a registered independent who voted for Gary Johnson.

And then tacking back toward the center in the general
politicians anymore and want someone who will get results. You may not like Trump or his policies but no politician would dare try to break the mold like Trump has with trade or China. They may not vote for Trump in 2020 but won't settle for the usual political doublespeak.
Ryan is easily first on the list. he is your best candidate hads down, and i would not be worried if he became president.
Biden is a known quantity.
Buttigieg - he is said to have done a pretty good job as a mayor in SB which is at least far more experience than a community organizer, but likely no where near what he needs.
I don’t know enough about his stances on issues. Being from the Midwest alone means little to nothing to Middle America. He is basically unvetted at this point. Yes, I am aware of some of his personal background that has been publicized, but I would have to hear where he stands on issues really in order to form an opinion when comparing him to the nutjobs on that list.
