getting into harvard, getting all of the perks that were not normally afforded to those of "white privilege".
Of course, she's liberal, so the rules did't apply to her in her mind. One can only hope she wins the nomination. The Dems will forgive it of course - they will overlook this, but the nation won't in a general election.
Apparently Bezos doesn't want her as the cadidate in 2020 (perhaps they know that this would make her weak or perhaps she isn't the Wash DC choice. The Post would never report this in a national election against a Dem, but they would absolutely against a nonpreferred choice in the primary where another Dem option is guaranteed.

And, lying to the state bar when you apply for a law license is usually grounds to not get a license.
Law degrees are a must, but not active law licenses.
Can someone get a license, and practice for 30 years, and then allow their license to lapse after teaching, and then get tenure? Perhaps. Just perhaps.
But that is not what we are talking about, are we. Do you really think someone who was refused a license in the first place because they lied on their bar application would get to teach at Harvard Law School? Of course not.

Hmmmm.
This froman institution that’s a strong proponent of affirmative action.
Please just admit you are wrong. This is unseemly.

Just kidding. Even Clinton was forced to surrender his law license.
...the question of her legal quality or lack thereof is not the issue. The question of her truthfulness and being the recipient of undeserved advantage is.
Surely you can see how a leg up early in her career made possible all that came after - regardless of whether she "earned it" or not after she cheated. There are lots of people who are good enough to earn it if given the same chance. Warren selfishly grabbed what is reserved for the descendents of those who had their land taken from them. That is unforgiveable when it comes to further political livelihood. But of course, i am talking to a guy who didn't think it was a big deal that John Kerry fudged his service record as well as used influence to get a purple heart to help his political career.
Regarding Harvard....it is ESPECIALLY Harvard where such background gets you an extra look. You still have to produce, but those people get smug chills when they show their staff diversity statistics, Of COURSE it is not the SOLE criteria, but it is a huge leg up on the competition. Be real.
