Sanders has won 42% popular votes against Hillary in 2016. Granted some of his voters voted for him simply because they don't like Hillary, but like Trump, Sanders has strong loyal base. I think he will get at least 35% popular votes in 2020. If Harris lives up to the hype, grabs 30% popular votes (she is working hard to steal some Sanders' "Medicare for all" voters), D will have no clear winners entering convention. It's going to be fun to see how DNC handle this.
