I have to say, that chick (Little Sis Nora?) kind of does it for me. The next two are better (even if they only have tens of millions of views)...
Shoulda listened to me all along. AronChupa falls into the electronic swing category. I've been listening to this stuff for a few years. It's fun. It's bouncy. It's catchy. It dominates my Spotify playlists these days.
Albatross is just a gateway song though. It'll lead you down a dark path to more hardcore electroswingers like my boy Parov Stelar. He's the king pusher of electroswing. His live show is fantastic.

Meanwhile, there you are starring in his Levels video. I KNOW you know this song. You got moves, lawyer boy.
I listen to an eclectic set of music, but I don't follow many musicians. It's a casual interest only. I end up rediscovering stuff years after the fact. You probably told me about AronChupa years ago.
Also, for years I was a talk radio guy only, and didn't get music from other sources, so I've only recently gotten back into music (via youtube).
But I'll give it another shot.
I have a good friend who likes absolutely no mainstream music, and insists on making me listen to artsy, spunky women groups/singers with attitude. So I have an innate dislike for the genre. I'll try to get over that prejudice and give her a chance. Thanks for the heads-up.
Rooney could not have described it better than electronic swing,
