I follow the guidance of America’s best and brightest.
For those of you who don’t love America, move to WHOville!
You say the WHO is credible, yet you ignore their leader’s claim which conflicts with your political leader’s representatives.
As a counsellor, when there is a conflict, do you not look at the evidence? Let’s hear what Walensky and Fauci have as evidence to support their recommendations to support this procedure on children.
I follow what American scientists and experts overwhelmingly recommended getting booster -- proven to be the most effective tool in avoiding hospitalization and death for as many folks as possible.
To the extent that reasonable scientific minds across the nation and planet seek to vet the advantages/disadvantages/scope of the booster, then let that conversation and debate flourish.
Have you considered that the WHO's primary focus is getting the planet vaccinated ... a much greater priority than booster shots for First World kids.

able to be influenced politically as Walensky was when she went against her expert panel’s advice in Sept.
No vacc? Then no dance, no soccer, no x-country, etc.
Fauci wins.

"The surge has also led to a sharp rise in pediatric cases. For the week ending Jan. 6, more than 580,000 child coronavirus cases were reported, marking a 78% increase from the week ending Dec. 30, according to the last updated data from American Academy of Pediatrics."
Kids can get 'Long COVID' and boosters among older adults shows much improved immunity from infection, so it would be reasonable for kids to benefit in the same way...for their health, and lower risk of spreading the virus to others.
The U.S. also has an 'embarrassment' of vaccines, which the WHO recognizes and encourages us to share...could be another reason for their statement...not a bad thing on their part, btw...I'd do the same in their shoes.
In answer to your question...Yes, the WHO is indeed credible, but this is not a "Yes/No" sort of issue...as noted above.
You directly quote the article and then link that to your own personal assumptions.

It's odd because you didn't cite your personal ID doctor or a published study.
presented...thanks...I'll make a note of that ;-) (the 'smiley' is for Cheeks, should he stop by).
