Joe Biden repeatedly lied about the driver involved in the accident with his wife
And slandered the poor man who felt guilty already as being a drunk when drinking had absolutely nothing to do with the incident and the man was never charged. Joe Biden is also a segregationist. Joe didn't have moral character to subvert.
