race after that shitshow.
And if anyone is wondering how Slow Joe is doing on the stump, look no further than to the NYT for a description of his performances: "Seeing Biden on the stump often feels like watching an actor who can't quite remember his lines. Even if you don't support him, it's hard not to feel anxious on his behalf," she wrote, pointing out a particularly muddled answer from Biden to a question about him changing his position on the Hyde Amendment.
"Anyone convinced that Biden is the safe choice should go see him for themselves."
Overall, she called Biden's appearances at the three South Carolina campaign stops "shaky," questioning whether he can defeat President Trump in 2020.
"I don't want Biden to be the nominee for ideological reasons, but polls show him far ahead, and if he's going to be the Democratic Party's standard-bearer against Donald Trump, I want him to be a strong one. He didn't seem strong in South Carolina," she wrote.
That said, I agree with TTK. Michelle isn't a politician.
But, I still maintain that it may be the plan all along. The candidates we have saw last night are not credible, and Biden is not the candidate that the Dems are pretending him to be.

What an unmitigated shitshow that was.
They are so detached from what people actually care about. Such is identity politics.

You posted below that you watched soccer last night.
America, if you are sick and tired of the noise and chaos and corruption that erupts daily from the White House over these past 2+ years, what you witnessed last night were 10 candidates, all of whom would faithfully and honorably serve as our President, 100X more effectively than the current one.
Thank you for your analysis. There were some rough moments but reading conservative comments on this board reads like a big circle jerk. I saw discussion of health care, climate, economy, etc., not all of which I agreed with necessarily, but points were made. Ryan talking about getting back to a real working class identity was solid and I could not have agreed more. Forget HRC and her Ivy league bullshit, at least listen to Ryan on that point.
Their shirt would be properly starched and their hair properly combed as they drove the car over the edge of the cliff. So, we'd have that going for us. We would look great in free fall.
