“Go COVID, Kill Conservatives”!
“Go Vaccine, Kill Liberals”!
One must question the divisive leadership, that has brought us to this point, and at least consider a different approach.

…and as I have said repeatedly, we need a different approach to convince people to get vaccinated.
In your defense, your post reflects exactly how the Biden Admin approaches getting people vaccinated. We need a new direction……and you know where I am going with this, right?

But, it's MY choice.

You have to be careful though. If company name and address isn't listed on the box, counterfeit. If FDA is listed on box, counterfeit. Do your research before you buy. I research everything before I buy anything online. If company name is listed, look up and see what kind of standing they have as far as licensing. Protect yourself because no one else will. Even with that, counterfeits are better than paper, cloth, or no mask at all. I'm 68 so I am cautious but not obsessive.
Some people I know think everyone should wear masks, and they are very fearful...and yet they wear crappy non-N95 masks.
There are a two individuals in my office who wear N95's all day, which is amazing. I can respect them as being consistent. They think masks were will help, so they wear masks that might actually help.
The people who want others to wear masks, but then come to work in a cloth mask or even a surgical mask...I can't take them seriously.
I don't get how this is a victory for you. He lived as he wanted; took the risks as he wanted. Sounds like he won, not you. And yet, you revel in his death. Very sad for you.
Do you really think he felt like he won?
What a terrible world it would be if people could make choices for themselves, and suffer the consequences themselves.

An individual's right to choose to swing their fist ends at someone else's face.
Freedom is not anarchy. Freedom does not include having the right to kill someone. Same thing with choice. I can choose to drive my car, but not in a way that is intended to kill someone else. So, a pro-life individual can easily say that they support freedom and choice 100%: do what you want...just don't kill anyone.
But, you cannot say that, because you support abortion. You support the right to kill other human beings...either because you deny their humanity (in violation of scientific teaching) or because you deny humans their basic human right to not be killed (in violation of basic, even secular human morality). You are not 100% for freedom. Abortion stops the beating heart of a unique human individual. That is a fact. You support that. I don't, because I oppose aggression against all individuals, and I have consistently argued that way today.
I support opposition to the aggression of abortion against young humans, and I argued for charity towards the mothers of those young humans (which is the one thing I thought we could all agree on, but you come after me for saying that). Those are perfectly consistent and non-hypocritical positions. If you disagree, point out with specificity where you think I'm wrong. Or, you could just throw another insult, or generality at me, and pretend you are making an argument when you are not.
Regarding Meatloaf: His decisions impacted only himself. He made choices. He lived by those choices. He knowingly died by those choices. Only a liberal would call that failure, because he lived free of state coercion.
Masks aren’t to be worn to stop any one from contracting the virus (though it does help somewhat), they’re to be worn so should you have the virus you do not pass it along to someone one else. Meat, Like you (and definitely Baron, Eli, MHarman) have misunderstood this one very important reason for wearing them.
And being imprisoned is ridiculous hyperbole. They’re uncomfortable at worst. Wearing a mask hasn’t stopped me or anyone I know from doing anything we want to do. On the other hand, these continued outbreaks in this global pandemic has stopped me and others from participating in some of life’s activities - the reason for this is those who refuse to be vaccinated and wear masks are keeping this pandemic rolling along. Two very simple steps could help derail this virus as a mainstay.
Though vaccinated, You all continue shouting and supporting these inane accusations and cliche’s. You are doing just as much damage as those who are not vaxxed up and refusing to wear masks.
Even bumblefuck DJT has come out with being vaxxed is the right way to go and he has clearly agreed there are no side affects from receiving all vaccinations.
It’s not politics, it’s your health, it’s my health and the nation’s health. Wear a mask - get vaccinated!
I’ll say it yet again though I know that you will misrepresent it:
1) Homemade masks are placebo. They are a joke.
2) The general public does not use masks properly (most non surgical trained doctors don’t even follow the rules properly). The studies used to justify this policy assumed proper usage that is not really even possible in the general population.
Also, the best masks filter particles down to a level of about 300um while the virus is much, much, much smaller.
The “blocks big water droplet” rationalization is a completely arbitrary, nonquantified, and non scientific argument that would have to depend on the infectivity of the viral strain itself as to how little innoculum is needed to pass the infection. These factors were not evaluated when the recommendations were made. Thus, while I will withhold criticism on using actual medical masks which at least have an potential CHANCE to help once in a while, I must point out the outright stupidity of homemade masks which provide no real chance at all and when better alternatives exist.
3) The CDC itself backtracked part way on homemade masks (and I believe didn’t abandon them completely all at once for the sake of avoiding more embarrassment. They now say they are “less effective”. Do you know what else is “less effective”? Placebos.
Your best hope here is to find retrospectively that the masks helped, but even then the minimal benefit would be vastly outweighed by the downside of the mask policy.
You clearly stated here masks do nothing at all, no need to wear them.
It appears you are admitting for the first time, you didn’t get it right (and you never are) you have been wrong.
Well, it’s a start.
….or is it you can’t formulate your own defense and are waiting for someone smarter than you to try?
It’s really too bad that you have ceded your critical thinking skills to others. Not even an effort anymore. Sad.
