Obama tried to kill the coal industry through regulatory fiat. How'd that work out for Dems in PA and OH in 2016?
Then, after the debate, he chats up an anti-Semite (who, by the way, Obama legitimized).
What a clown show.

How many coal miners do you think there are in Pennsylvania? How many in Ohio?
But, Joe is Joe. I'm willing to give him benefits of doubt. Maybe Joe thought fossil fuel only means the coal, it doesn't include oil and gas or he only meant no more subsidies to fossil fuel. It happened many times what Joe said weren't what he meant. However, if we look at what he said literally. It is as dumb as AOC's no more airplanes.
Could be. Is it enough for Biden's words to cost him those states?

of the professionals they normally deal with in other occupations? Why are politicians different? Just govern competently and get some things done.
Why we need to be “excited” over a politician escapes me.
Looks like an elderly Orangutan.
But it's only beginning, his gaffes will be more & more.

taxes that the mines kick off. Many of these people are working class white union Democrats who have now shifted to Trump.
But please, continue your hostility towards working class white families. Insult their profession by minimizing it. Like Obama did, try to regulate it out of existence. You are losing voters this way. You know this, but your ilk is willing to sacrifice coal to the Gods of Green Energy. You have convinced yourself that Tesla will employ them.
I didn't minimize any profession. I asked how many there were, in reference to how powerful of a voting bloc they represent.
Thanks for bringing race into it, by the way. I see that you associate coal mining with white people, which explains why you support it so much.

You are programmed to do one thing. Defend Orange come what may.
is exactly what you did. You are very full of yourself to think otherwise. I suppose you think you can walk on water too.
Why doesn't your party try to represent all Americans, instead of picking the industries that you like?
Just pointing out that you are overcounting them.
his administration, and he specifically referenced eliminating coal and natural gas fracking.
Hope he makes that case in PA and OH, I really do. And I hope Democrat voters like you continue to not appreciate how this sounds to normal Americans. That you and Frank refuse to call him out on it says a lot.
Shoot, I guess I also refuse to call out Trump on his daily stupid tweets.
Let's just say that I don't think there is a standard that one has to "call out" a politician every time they say something stupid or disagreeable.

and how that will play out in PA and OH. You attempted to argue that it will only affect a few voters, such as coal miners. Now you're pivoting to Trump in true TDS/Frank L fashion.
I win.
That's what you actually asked in your original post. But this last post you said it spoke volumes that I refused to call Biden out. My response is that it shouldn't speak volumes. I "refuse" to call out Trump, for example, on 95% of things he tweets that I do not like. So don't read too much into my "refusal" to call anyone out on anything.
Both are topics you brought up.

I don't know. Isn't sacrificing your principles and the future of the world worth at least a try?
