real time:
All but four of the 30,490 emails from Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized email server were forwarded to a private Google email address featuring the name of a Chinese company, according to documents released on Aug. 15.
Virtually every email which was sent to and received on the Clinton server was forwarded to “carterheavyindustries@gmail.com,” the documents (pdf) show.
Frank Rucker, the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) investigator who spotted the anomaly, searched Google for “Carter Heavy Industries” and came up with results for Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, a Chinese manufacturer of excavators and heavy machinery, according to the documents.
Rucker and ICIG attorney Jeanette McMillian told the FBI about the anomaly on Feb. 18, 2016, at a meeting which included Peter Strzok, who had just taken over as the section chief heading the probe. Rucker told Congress that Strzok was “aloof and dismissive” and didn’t ask many questions.

Thus, the FBI knew the Chinese were receiving Hillary's emails in real time in February 2016 and cleared her a few months later.
The law ceases to matter when the FBI refuses to enforce it against preferred elites. What you have left is despotism. Immensely proud that I stood up against it.

that the State Dept experts and the State Dept itself is actually just political, and that your comments are just political.
Along with: Benghazi and Uranium One.
Lehigh's points about obsession are correct.

When was the last time I posted some twitter feed about the Mueller report?
Better yet, when was the last time I started a new thread about the Mueller report?
Too bad some members of the FBI and the MSM tried to trick the American public in that regard.

Did you just go through a ton of old posts of mine, and try to find one that you could morph into some meme?
Ok, I actually have a second question...
What is your meme about me supposed to signify? That I fact check people that make shit up?
regard people by status aor age, and argue by ad hominen. That much you have to admit.
Once you go ad hominen, further argument with you is worthless and, believe me, you have also lost the argument.
I don't necessary doubt that I did. I just don't remember.
And how does "counting coal miners in Ohio" relate to typecasting?
Be honest. You are making this up as you go along.
You know what you did. You were dismissing coal miners because well, they're just coal miners.
Can you point to a post where I "dismissed" coal miners because they were just coal miners?
And how does "counting coal miners in Ohio" relate to dismissing coal miners because they were just coal miners?
You are still just making this up as you go along, aren't you?

It shouldn't be hard since it was less than a week ago.
You are making shit up about me again. Ad hominem is one thing, but a lying ad hominem is especially despicable.
Seems more than just poltical.

There is not enough new information here to re-open all the debates about:
1. What laws were broken?
2. How was the investigation corrupted?
3. What secrets were lost?
4. What would have been the appropriate punishment (beyond being denied the presidency)?
Do we have to go over all that stuff everytime Cole sees a tweet with some hearsay evidence?

Did we know that when Comey absolved her of crimes?

you are beyond reason.
I dont want to go through them because I know that you wont care about them though.
1. Anyone starting new threads about Hillary and her emails has a rebuttable presumption of being unhealthily obsessed.
2. Cole's linked "social media" feed does not rebut the presumption.
3. Chris94 was thus equating the post to other things about which many are unhealthily obsessed.
But that's just me.

This si going to make things a lot easier.
Is this an important issue?
1) Nobody should be above the law - many other people have been sent to prison for doing less and doing it unintentionally.
2) The DOJ investigation was clearly corrupted. i suspect that you haven't followed the trickle of emails that the DOJ has been forced to release against their will for no other reason except that they were guilty of breaking the rules for partisan reasons.
We HAVE to be able to rely on our DOJ to do its' job.
3) the maintenance of national security is critical. There has to be a tough set of guidelines that everybody is careful about following. If the rules aren't enforced, there will be more leaks than if they are not enforced.
At this point, I am not sure if HRC can even be re-evaluated (not sure if there is double jeopardy laws in this setting). But the DOJ must be fully evaluated, and criminal charges need to be made if corruption in the investigation is found.

If there is something there, I am sure Trump's crack DOJ will prosecute Hillary. Until then, why analyze every scrap of evidence that comes out?
