That's because the majority of Dems know privately, that like HRC and her foundation, Biden enriched himself with his position as well. This is a DIRECT result of the focus on Hunter Biden, as many Dems see the same thing that Bill Maher did.
Btw, Warren just came out supporting the AOC plan for welfare for illegal immigrants.
See any problems on the horizon Dems?
He'd have been a good candidate for president in 2012. Sharp, savvy, related well to the average American. I'll never forget the way he dominated Paul Ryan in the televised debate and basically saved Obama's campaign after the Kenyan muslim was badly beaten by Romney in their first debate.
He's a shell of that guy now. Confused, senile, tired, embarrassingly pandering to his party's worst extremists. And to your point, the political two-steps that he danced during his time in office are coming home to roost, whether the left is willing to admit it or not.
It's too bad. I do think he's basically a good man who was a heck of a politician.
The Dem candidate will again be someone that they settled for by default rather than someone that they love. Great news for Trump that it will be an academic whose entire career was predicated on her lying on her application about being American Indian in order to gain the affirmative action selection.
Everybody wins.
Well, at least those between the extremes.
little loud and obnoxious about it some times.
It would become the new way to resist getting anything done.
This is not about stopping Republican policy. This is about a lying, incompetent grifter running the free world. People didn't come close to impeaching any Republican president since Nixon. This impeachment would not set any meaningful precedent because no other president would act like this.
He is a terrible human being. To his very soul. "shifty schiff"? Full stop.
The point is that impeachment would just become another political ploy to gain power.

say Biden, because he's done
Why do you ask?
Would you vote for him? I would vote for Kasich (or shit, even Jeb) in a NY heartbeat.
I know you have nothing. Mayor Pete, really? And, no I would never vote for him, would you?
Maybe on immigration, but that is just due to his dedication to the American laborer...a constituency ignored by the 2 parties until now.
Protectionism isn't a conservative issue, so I don't see him being "extreme" in a left-right sense there. And, again, that is to help his base...which is to say, union members who voted for Obama and then voted for him.
All the wars he's gotten us into?
All the evangelical issues he pushes?
I don't think so. He is pretty moderate on the left-right spectrum, so the GOP doesn't get rewarded for running a moderate.
I suspect he will be called extreme no matter what he does..because he picked the GOP nomination as being easier for an outsider to steal than the Dem nomination (and he was right). It's all politics.

And corruption of Bill Clinton and did not rail against and blame Clinton for the moral decay of the country. All good 2x4
If you had to take a consistent view, what would it be? Clinton and Trump both deserve(d) impeachment? Or neither of them deserve(d) impeachment? If you think one did and the other didn't, justify it.
I will say that neither deserve(d) impeachment.
I thought Clinton was very smart and a good unifier overall. He had his personal flaws and sexual issues.
I also thought he had an understanding for the history and understanding of the office. All elected officials have big egos etc but Clinton’s issues did not come close to the depravity and brazen debasing of the oath and the office that Trumpo displays about every day. Trumps fellatio of Putin in Helsinki will never be forgotten and will go down in history as one of biggest betrayals of our country ever. If Clinton has ever come close to a display like that he would have been lynched by the right. If you have any honest reflection you know that is true. And as a reminder both Clinton’s were investigated on an ongoing basis by the right and the house did bring articles of impeachment on him. I believe Trump is a criminal and a dark cloud on our country like no other that I have seen in my life. He deserves to be impeached and discarded. That’s my two cents. I forgot to add Trumpo is a coward and draft dodger.
Then we can talk about impeachment. Of course, Clinton violated statute and lost his law license, and I still don't think he should have been impeached. So, as I say, let's have a discussion. Your accusations on Trump are political.
So far, I don't see that he has done half of what the Clintons (plural, with their "foundation," and their solicitation of information from non-US entities, and their allies insurance policy initiating the attacks on Trump by the IC that Schumer predicted, and launching the impeachment effort before he was even sworn in) have done and what Biden have done (corrupt payments from Ukraine & China).
It will get interesting when Trump's sons start getting billion dollar loans from China, and getting million dollar board seats on Russian companies...don't you think? Would you oppose that? Or, would you say that there is nothing improper in that, like Chris defending the Bidens?
Using the office of President to interfere in elections - these are not political these are high crimes and misdemeanors against the interests of America. And the Trump family is using the office to get rich. If the Bidens did anything illegal throw in jail. But that is not presidents job to unleash the power of the US and it’s foreign service to target foes and to placate his perceived grievances.
Your take on Trump is really the political one. Because you support you refuse to see what is hidden in plain sight. That’s fine but in the scheme of things Trumpo MAGA bowel movement will be nothing more than a pimple on the ass of a great country.

Re elect trump, disempower the MSM, & Govt Lifers (aka "Swamp") that had taken over Washington without ever being elected, and then go either mod Republican or moderate Dem (old definitions of moderate).
Trump is necessary chemotherapy to save our country from having it's voters removed from the decision structure.
(Just look at how the Dem primary went in 2016 if you doubt me. The GOP didn't want Trump either).
He was a senator from Delaware, which is basically the same thing as a Representative, except that he only had to run for office every 6 years instead of every 2 years.
Being from Delaware (isolated) and then being VP (in the shadows), as a member of a party which is protected by the media (further in the shadows), he could hide his weakness. Whenever he runs for president, he gets exposed. He has never seemed sharp to me.
But, he does relate to Joe Lunchbox, like Trump does.
......against Ryan as Jakers points out....in fact, I remember being shocked by that.

...do you ever feel slightly conflicted when you outwardly pretend to be a high and mighty liberal -- towering above the bigoted right wing -- whose go-to insults are homophobic slurs?
The energy is with the progressives. Warren’s message has resonated with many. She has also performed well at the debates.
Biden has dropped for questions re his age and acuity. He also does not represent the future.
Still plenty of runway. But, the changing polls do not reflect a belief that Biden is corrupt.
Talk about your albatrosses in the general.

......in the real world, I have lots of liberal friends. They like the economy, and they were confident that Biden would become far more moderate after the Dem primary. They tell me that "he has to say this stuff now to get the nomination".
They do NOT have that same comfort with Fauxcahontas. You are going to lose a key amount of support in battleground states because of her radical liberal agenda. Not everyone lives in your bubble.
I remember listening to Rush several weeks ago, and he was making the point that the result of impeachment hearings was that it would have the result of bringing down Biden - the Dem "best shot" candidate along with outing red state House Dems for replacement in 2020 -
a win/win for Trump. This is looking to be the case.
So "thanks", I guess.
Well, one, I doubt that - I don't think Biden will be the nominee and come April I don't think he's even in the conversation any longer.
Impeaching Trump won't bring Biden down, Biden will do that all by himself. In fact, the way the events are happening, it's keeping Biden
in the race longer.
Do you have your Breitbart rhetoric ready for the remaining candidates - we know you've queued up your FOX TV talking points - they're going really well
so far.
