Allowing Congress to fish in the personal financials of the executive office might cripple the whole system and diminish legislative activities.
The Court is generally very deferential to executive power. But, maybe Trump will make them think about harnessing some of that power, especially when Congress is involved.

You libs always accuse others of that which you yourself are. Which president has he been reversing in all of these moves? Who increased regulations? Who put new taxes on the public ( have you forgotten that HCR was actually a tax and was argued as such to the SCOTUS)? Who wants judges who view the constitution as a malleable, “ living, breathing “ document that can be adjusted to force changes on a society who won’t pass such laws like abortion and gay marriage on their own?
