Banner ad at bottom of screen

I now have a banner ad that runs across the bottom of my screen. It is promoting a UFC fight, ie, human cock-fighting.

I pay nothing for access to this site so I can't bitch. Still, I don't like it.

It is not working 100% correctly. It covers up the bottom inch or so of page content.
