Not sure what I thought. I was leaning towards him being a sharlatan. But, the last episode makes him seem like the Second Coming. And yet, we know that kid tells fantastical stories. The show walks the line of sharlatan/messiah pretty well...enough ammo for both sides. But, I think it is more likely than not that he is supernatural. Could be the anti-Christ. I thought his meeting with the president was very manipulative, and unlike his previous conversations with other people...he started maniuplating him from a mormon perspective, which was interesting to watch.
It was enjoyable enough to kill time but not an all time favorite or anything
It was engaging enough for me to stay with it for 10 episodes, and I don't have any problem aborting on a series. So, it was interesting to me. All in all, I found it very interesting.
And yet, I didn't love it.
And yet, I will tune in to season 2, assuming the make it.
