Obama got a 149% increase in the Dow after taking over a falling Dow from Bush. I might also add that Obama's job numbers during the last 3 years of his admin were better than the 1st 3 years of Trump's. Frankly I don't like Trump's chances of fixing anything. But I could be wrong; we will see.
