If you're going to open them, don't limit the hours which concentrates people.
The restricted hours are intentional
The extreme restrictions should have not been created in the first place. This is purely man-made unnecessary chaos.
BTW, Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) is one of my 3 favorite mountains in China, incredible beautiful.

question. If, as is reported, everyone has done a great job with the quarantine, and it's been well beyond 14 days, what's the harm in going to the beach? Yep, there always is that risk of the one moron, just like when flying during flu season, who brings the virus to the beach. I get that. If, after such severe efforts, an isolated gathering of people sees a virus outbreak, then I have to assume even less is known about the virus then reported. If this latter event happens, then things will never return to anything close to pre-virus life sans a cure.
