At first he claimed he knows nothing about Flynn. When pressed on 1/5/2017 meeting, he merely admitted he was just aware of an investigation. What about a specific request made by you a few days later to unmask Flynn, Joe?

I’m not saying she’s being honest. I don’t even care enough about your bullsht to figure out what she is talking about.
But I am saying that it is not going to be pursued as perjury.

A normal person who didn't remember doing something would say, "I didn't do that." This is especially true when the person thinks they've done nothing wrong, and that the FBI is looking for criminals, not them...so they speak quickly and casually.
A lawyer or a politician would say, "I have no recollection of doing that." A lawyer and politician might even wonder if the FBI agents were out to get them on any crime they could find, and so would be careful with word choice.
A normal person can be easily entrapped for perjury or lying to the FBI, which can be leverage to get them to do other things. And, people like you can trumpet that the person lied when they don't like them. It's a very unfair situation.
Contrary to your warped view, the Feebs aren’t out there trying to trap “normal people” in lies. Liars, though beware.
In this case, we have meeting notes indicating that the FBI was out there trying to get him...maybe just get him fired, but pretty much anything bad they could get on him.
nothing wrong. He just flat out and obviously lied with no couching. And it WAS material to a CI investigation given that he told the same lie to Pence.
Or just lawyer up and refuse to talk to them. End of story.
Why do you think Sullivan is pissed here?

And, they made it sound like he was having a peer to peer meeting, so that he didn't get a lawyer.
Can you imagine? With this as precedent, no member of any administration in the future can have a meeting with FBI agents without their lawyer present.

with a lawyer. Of course in Flynn’s case, one can’t fix stupid. He could have clearly invoked that right. Secondly if you are going to lie like he was, don't speak to them at all with or without a lawyer,.
P.S. and third even if he had spoken to them without a lawyer, if he told the truth he wouldn’t have been in trouble.
....You are right. This was a cya answer from someone who I knew was lying when she said it. But there are two issues here:
The legal - she will likely avoid prosecution because of here legal CYA
The political - this looks like shit for you guys, and it is because all can see that she lied..
You have been saying for years that none of this is possible, yet more and more comes out showing that Sean hannity knows more than you do (and that is a sad state of affairs).
Now we know Good ol Joe asked for Flynn to be unmasked. He was one of the possible sources for an illegal leak, and thus he will now be part of a criminal investigation.
P.S. - When he lied the other morning to George Stephanopolous about not knowing anything about the Flynn investigation, what are the odds that soemone on the other side of Biden's computer was writing on a white board to say that "I'm sorry, thought you meant did I have anything to do with PROSECUTING him"? Of course that makes no sense since he could never be involved in prosecuting Flynn, and it is obviously a lie since he clearly repeated the question from Stephanopolous in his initial lie leaving no doubt as to what question he was answering in his own words.
But between you and me, how freaked out do you think those guys on the sides of the camera range were?
The problem is that there apparently was no cross examination.
I do not recall.

The Obama admin did anything wrong.
NYT and WP were sad to see her go, that's for sure.
