Oh, there are a million rationalizations that will be drawn up by Biden’s cast, but regardless of them all, if Putin didn’t smell weakness from the US leader who even quite literally gave him the green light, this wouldn’t have happened.
China has been talking with Putin and watching. It’s idiocy to think that they will not act in Taiwan in short order.
There are other factors that the Right will point to as contributing like the killing our hypersonic missile program, the softening our military in its social experiment, and the sellout of our top leaders, the split in our electorate,etc, etc.,…but is ultimately the belief that the US now has no real leader, and no nerve.
