Trump and Pence meet with Barr and the FBI director regarding a Biden campaign official talking to China. Pence asks if they can use the Logan Act against the Biden official. But, the FBI director says the calls "appear legit." The FBI agents who interview the campaign official note that he appears to be telling the truth, but then lose their notes. They ask what their goals are, maybe to get the campaign official fired, because there is nothing there? Barr sends an email to himself 2 weeks later, noting that Trump said he wanted everything done "by the book" even though no one contemporaneously noted that. Prosecution moves forward, and even threatens the son of the campaign official. After spending $6.5M on his legal defense and going bankrupt, and losing his job, and facing threats of prosecution of his son, the campaign official enters a plea of guilty for lying to the FBI to stop the suffering.
No problems? Just trying to see what everyone would be comfortable with Trump doing in January if he loses to Biden.

Either you have no shame, or no self-awareness.
answer outside of - exasperation is an honest one. Because the questioning is not honest and everything sounds invented by a conspiracy theorist.
You're probably right. He's too honorable to do that.

of the opposing party. Second, the perp pleads guilty. Third, the perp and his son are also guilty of more serious crimes, i.e. acting as unregistered foreign agents and the plea deal spares them prosecution under those charges.
I also certainly hope the prior administration was questioning what Flynn was doing, given the obvious Russian interference in our 2016 election.
So no, no abuse of power unlike Barr with Roger Stone.
Since Trump will be assuming guilt, like you have done, there will be no need to prosecute the Biden official on the merits of that assumption.
I have no problem with the prior administration looking into Flynn given what had happened in the election.
The fact that Flynn pled to the least serious charge says all that needs to be said about his fears of conviction on the more serious of the charges which his son also faced exposure to. The bottom line is that the decision to charge and then to plead had nothing to do with Obama or Biden, unlike the decision to give Stone favorable treatment which had everything to do with Barr and Orange.
scenario never happened. Not one of them will admit to serious wrongdoing having occurred.
The bigger question to ask is why did Obama and Biden orchestrate this?
The answer lies in their illegal spying of the Trump campaign, which they were trying to hide, and which they knew Flynn would uncover. And, on a more broad note, Flynn knew the Deep State well and was coming in to tear it down.
Barr spoke in the past few days and reading between the lines the leaker of the Flynn-Kisylak call to Ignatius will be prosecuted (likely Brennan) and of course the forgerer and MSU Grad, Kevin Clinesmith, will go down. Hope there are more.
