32K dead, also a slow reaction time in shutting State down when information was available, nursing home move was a huge mistake - many lives lost that could have been saved and this is not even close to being over.
That said, this State by comparison to rest of US did a credible job of working out of what appears to be the initial wave of the virus spread and learned from its many mistakes - meanwhile places like FL, TX, AZ have failed to heed Europe’s and New York’s mistakes and subsequent solutions to the pandemic and continue to do all the wrong things even with a clear blueprint to a better way.
I am generally good with states trying other approaches, but can we please learn from others (states or countries) to develop forward strategies.
Cuomo has made enough mistakes that he really should get off TV and focus on the state. No need to lecture other governors.. no benefit in that.
FWIW - I hope that they all can learn something that will support education this fall.
