The national academic test results, socioeconomic disparity, crime and imprisonment disparities, etc......it all stems from the lack of a father with the mother as role models in a nuclear family. Presently, the AA community has between 60 and 70 % of their families without a father in the household.
We all know that it’s true, and we know this won’t go over well with the LGBTQ people who wish to abolish the nuclear family.
But there it is. The problem in a nutshell. The fix the problem, one is required first to acknowledge the actual cause.
Stats show that AA families with this advantage ( a father and a mother have a 6x greater chance of success than AA families without it, and in fact the AA families with it outachieved the white families with the same advantage.
Black, White, Yellow or Green Racism is not taught in the home. I like to think my kids were of the not taught to be racist and be a good person.
Then, if you are taught to be racist you have to chose....do I want to be an asshole or do I want to be a good person.
In my world its pretty simple.
The solution to tribalism happens at an individual level so I do agree that nurture is the solution. It is a function of nature however.

1 - It means that the biggest factor in the socioeconomic gap across races is something completely within their own control and is no one else's responsibility.
2 - It means that, despite what the radical angry feminist movement would have you believe, the presence of men is absolutely critical in supporting and raising this country's youth.
Poverty, schools, teachers, opportunity, etc.
I like Coleman Hughes analogy of a treadmill.
And anyone in any shitty situation that seeks to blame others and feel sorry for their self instead of setting goals and working harder will not succeed. The "systemic racism" stuff pushed by the left, even if true isn't at all helpful. This is where the influences such as parents, coaches, teachers and mentors is hugely important. Especially for young males.
I stand by my comments below, but I thought I would say that I very much agree with your last paragraph.
As you said, I agree 100%: "And anyone in any shitty situation that seeks to blame others and feel sorry for their self instead of setting goals and working harder will not succeed. The "systemic racism" stuff pushed by the left, even if true isn't at all helpful. This is where the influences such as parents, coaches, teachers and mentors is hugely important. Especially for young males."
The dual parent family only started to break down when the government launched its "War on Poverty" which provided incentives against dual-parent households. Only then did the AA community go down to 25% in-wedlock births.
It is also happening to whites, but to a lesser degree. I assume that is not because of skin color (which I consider to be irrelevant) but rather to differences between lifestyles and government services in urban vs. rural areas.
