R'evolution Restaurant at the Royal Sonesta Hotel on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. The best ever if you go there. I will try to do it justice. And the dessert, of course, Bananas Foster, which I can make like no one else.

with a balcony overlooking Bourbon. Lots of drunken laughs. Did a lot of conventions in my life; that one still stands out.
