Standard guidance should involve minimizing strenuous activity for a few days after.
For a lot of people, that just happens anyway, because the vaccine makes many feel like they have the flu for a couple of days. Others have milder or no side effects.
But younger people are likely to go out and "get after it" right away with sports, training, etc. That can be a bit risky after you've just taken a medical treatment designed to cause and inflammatory response.

cases that mRNA vaccines are associated with...better the sports organization advised athletes of a) the fact just mentioned and b) symptoms to be aware of as well as steps to be taken.
btw, the CDC has a very good webpage on this issue...also, the vast majority of all cases are easily remedied through rest and NSAIDs.

You should also remember that there are literally tens of millions of data points on this subject now, over many months...this issue is very well studied...even if it is exceedingly rare.

This thread is specifically about myocarditis, and I've provided an authoritative response from
a Pediatrician (Dr. Paul Offit) who is on the CDC's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices...once you've viewed the video, your questions will be answered regarding that topic...assuming you had any real interest in it....not a given.
As to your other question regarding "Release of Data" by the CDC, check out the link I've provided to this post...it doesn't give you the answer you want, because no one yet has resolved the issue...however, I would advise you to read it, if only to note that the very same Dr. Paul Offit raises his voice in support of "transparency" by the CDC...i.e. "Release" any data that should be released.
Hopefully, I've answered your 'Release the data' concern....sure wish a lot of others here would answer my questions...but it is what it is...I'll await your next distraction/deflection...

Your rational certainly is wrong. You assumed the vaccinated won't get covid infection. The fact more vaccinated get infections and spread infection. If they get covid infection they still risk to get Myocarditis. Such a simple rational, but you still couldn't get it.
I'll try a different wording..."the chances of getting myocarditis are 8 times greater from a COVID
infection which is now HIGHLY transmissible with the Omicron BA.2 variant, than they are from getting an mRNA vaccination"...AND, as you'll see if you view the video I posted just recently in this thread, this type of "myocarditis" is nothing like the 'Classic' and potentially severe case caused by a viral infection...i.e. the mRNA induced malady is 'short-lived' and typically easily remedied (e.g. NSAIDs and rest).
Let's also not forget that the vaccines provide an increased measure of protection against hospitalization for typical COVID morbidities.
Bottom line...there is no advantage to not getting the vaccine...hopefully, the rational observers will see this...you, however, can carry on with your mis-information campaign, as I know you will.

There is some research that indicates that males under 40 are at higher risk of developing Myocarditis with mRNA vaccines than CoVid infection.
The risk algebra happens at the individual level, this is why I am against the mandates.

Just for fun, let's assume for (for the first time ever) all the info in this thread is accurate - that myocarditis is a real risk of the vaccines, and that covid causes an 8x greater risk of the same condition.
It would not necessarily make sense to vaccinate kids, unless we could be assured that less than 1/8 of the kids would get covid without it.
Sure, these are the kinds of questions the experts in the FDA and elsewhere are looking into, but I think we can get to the bottom of it with the Dunning-Krugers on this here site.
